  1. Get a fully upgraded truck and go on the highway
  2. Get a fully upgraded motocross bike and do a ton of flips on the moon
  3. Or get a fully upgraded moonlander and at the beginning of the stage, fly all the way up by holding down the gas and the break until your fuel is 3/4'ths empty, then release, you should get a ton of insane air time.
  4. Kiddie Express, fully upgraded + Highway + Careful driving = 23,000m (minimum) + 4,500,000 coins (without level bonus).
  5. Super Offroad can go really long distances on Countryside, Desert and Mudpool. If you drive carefully and don't die, beyond 6000m in each of these levels, all coin pickups are worth 500 per coin in value. Also the further you drive, more is the level bonus that you receive. In these stages fuel is unlimited i.e. obtainable every 90m and level bonuses occur every 200m so at distances beyond 10000m, you get a huge level bonus for little effort, provided that you drive carefully and make it there and beyond
